Strictly necessary cookies are stored without consent, because the website and the e-shop cannot function without them. We activate the online chat only at your request, after you click the chat button; only then does the tawk.to service store the cookies and browser storage data (e.g. twk_token_*) needed to provide the chat you have requested. Analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity) are only stored after you give your consent through the cookie banner. The stated lifetime is the maximum; third-party providers may change it. It refers to cookies on your device; the periods for which providers retain data on their servers are given in the Privacy policy.
Can I refuse or delete cookies?
Yes. You can:
