Shipping

🚚 We deliver wood with our own van – the delivery price is shown in your cart based on your postcode.

Collection in person – free
You can collect your goods at our store and warehouse in Kysucké Nové Mesto, Hviezdoslavova 1118.

Zrubko van – zone 1 (up to 40 km from Kysucké Nové Mesto)
€35 incl. VAT, free for orders of €400 or more. Delivery within 3 working days.

Zrubko van – zone 2 (40–80 km from Kysucké Nové Mesto)
€59 incl. VAT, free for orders of €800 or more. We deliver on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Delivery by arrangement
For addresses more than 80 km from Kysucké Nové Mesto and for timber longer than 5.4 m. We will confirm the price within 24 hours. Payment is by bank transfer only, after the price has been confirmed. The van carries pieces up to 5.4 m long; for longer timber we arrange oversized transport and confirm the price by phone.

DPD – small goods only
Small items (e.g. fasteners, paints and oils, hardware) are sent by DPD to a pick-up point or to your address. Wood (cladding, decking, beams) is not shipped by DPD.

Unloading
The buyer must ensure access to the unloading point and accept the goods on the agreed date.

Cutting to size
We cut wood to your required lengths for €40 incl. VAT per whole order, regardless of the number of pieces. If you cut it yourself, there is no charge. KVH beams are sold as whole 13 m pieces and we cut them to the lengths given in the order note (you receive the remainder). Cut goods cannot be returned within 14 days, as they are made to the consumer's specifications.

Tip: If you need a specific date or have difficult access for unloading, write to us – we will help.

Payment

Payments in our e-shop are provided by Comgate, a.s. - a payment gateway provider with PCI DSS certification.

Card payment

We accept common payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro). Payment is fast and processed immediately.

Cash on collection

When collecting in person at our store you can pay in cash on receipt of the goods. For delivery by arrangement, payment is possible only by bank transfer after the delivery price has been confirmed.

Bank transfer in advance

Once the order is confirmed, we will send you the payment details by e-mail. We dispatch the goods once the payment has been credited to our account.
