We specialise only in wood and coatings - we are not "everything for everyone". We work with a proven supplier, high-quality Nordic wood and, to go with it, professional Osmo coatings. We have our own shop and warehouse in Kysucké Nové Mesto, where you can actually see and touch the goods and get advice.

We mainly offer Nordic spruce and pine from the manufacturer (Estonia). Nordic wood grows more slowly, has denser growth rings and is more stable - ideal for Tatra profile cladding, log profile cladding, facade cladding and decking boards.

Yes. Our range includes facade profiles, log profiles and decking boards made of high-quality Nordic wood. All they need is the right treatment with Osmo exterior coatings and installation as recommended (ventilation, substructure, expansion gaps).

You will find Tatra profile cladding for interiors, log profile cladding for interiors and exteriors, facade profiles, floorboards, decking boards, planed battens and structural timber beams, mouldings and accessories. Everything is geared towards letting you sort out your whole project in one place.

Just write to us whether you are working on an interior or an exterior, a wall, a ceiling, a floor or a deck, and roughly how many m² you need. We will recommend a suitable profile (Tatra, log, facade, decking), the thickness, the width and an approximate number of bundles.

Yes, we have the complete Osmo range:

• Osmo for interiors (floors, cladding, furniture)
• Osmo for exteriors (decks, facades, fences, pergolas)
• Osmo accessories and tools (brushes, rollers, application sets, cleaners)

This means you can buy wood + coating + tools in one place.

Osmo is natural oil-based and wax-based. It penetrates the wood without sealing the pores, the surface stays microporous and the wood can "breathe". The coating does not peel, is easy to renew locally and works excellently on precisely the Nordic spruce and pine that we sell.

We keep a large share of the most widely used profiles and sizes directly in our warehouse in Kysucké Nové Mesto. This means we can dispatch goods quickly or get them ready for collection in person. Special profiles and larger volumes are handled individually to order. You can collect your order in person in Kysucké Nové Mesto free of charge, or we can deliver it with our own van.

We deliver with our own van. The cart calculates the delivery price automatically from your delivery postcode. Zone 1 (up to 40 km from Kysucké Nové Mesto) costs €35 incl. VAT, we deliver within 3 working days, and delivery is free for orders of €400 or more. Zone 2 (40–80 km) costs €59 incl. VAT, we deliver on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and delivery is free for orders of €800 or more. The van carries pieces up to 5.4 m; for longer timber we arrange oversized transport and confirm the price by phone. For addresses more than 80 km away and for timber longer than 5.4 m we offer delivery by arrangement: we confirm the price within 24 hours. Collection in person in Kysucké Nové Mesto is free of charge. DPD courier is offered only for small goods, not for timber.

Yes. Add the “Cutting to size” service to your order for €40 incl. VAT. It is a one-off charge for the whole order, regardless of the number of pieces cut. Write the required lengths in the order note. If you prefer to cut the wood yourself, simply do not add the service and you pay nothing extra.

Write the lengths and the number of pieces in the order note at checkout, for example “4 × 2.5 m, 6 × 1.2 m”. If you leave the note empty, we will contact you to confirm the lengths.

Our van only carries pieces up to 5.4 m, so for whole 13 m beams we arrange oversized transport – we confirm the price by phone. KVH is sold as whole 13 m pieces; if you add cutting to size and write the lengths in the order note, we cut them into pieces up to 5.4 m and deliver them by van (you receive the remainder as well).

Goods cut to size cannot be returned within the 14-day withdrawal period, because they are made to the consumer’s specifications. Uncut wood can be returned within 14 days of receipt in accordance with our terms and conditions. Please measure carefully before you order.

Up to 40 km €35 incl. VAT (free from €400), 40–80 km €59 incl. VAT (free from €800). Above 80 km and for timber over 5.4 m we confirm the price within 24 hours. Collection in person is free.

Check the package when you receive it and, if you find any damage, document it straight away (photos of the package, the boards and the label) and contact us. We handle every complaint individually - depending on the situation we will agree on a replacement, a credit note or another reasonable form of remedy.

We offer visual grades (e.g. AB) suitable for interior cladding and visible surfaces, as well as more technical grades for structures. The grade is always stated for each product - whether it is suitable as visible cladding, facade timber or only as a structural element.

Yes. Just send us the basic information - the type of building (house, cottage, deck), the area in m² and, if you have one, a plan or a sketch. We will prepare an approximate calculation of materials, recommend suitable profiles and also suggest matching Osmo coatings.

Yes, we can provide steady wood supplies and long-term cooperation, individual prices and technical support when designing facades, decks and interiors. For larger projects, please contact us directly by e-mail or phone.
