Direct fixing into pre-drilled mineral substrates

The ESSVE concrete screw ECS-C with a countersunk head is a hardened screw designed for direct installation into a pre-drilled hole without the use of a plug. The countersunk head ensures a flush surface, making it suitable for applications where a smooth surface is required, such as timber or sheet metal components. It is suitable for direct fixing in concrete, brick and hollow brick, particularly in lighter applications where ETA approval is not required. Because of its hardened design, the screw is sensitive to non-perpendicular installation. The full hi-low thread provides good load-bearing capacity and makes installation easier.
