Application and design of the screw
The HF construction screw with a HEX head is designed for outdoor installations in wood and wood-based board materials. The cutting elements on the tip reduce the drive-in torque and limit splitting of the wood. The cutting mills make longer and thicker versions easier to install.
The CorrSeal surface treatment is designed for outdoor environments. Drive the screw directly into the timber substrate and use the hex head for a firm transfer of the drive-in torque.
