Installing timber beams, post shoes and interior components
The low head takes up little space above the surface of the component being fixed. Longer screws have an additional cutting groove directly behind the regular wood thread, which makes it easier to install longer and thicker screws. The underside of the screw head is shaped to seat correctly when fixing into beams and post shoes.
