Product detailed description
The express nail is designed for light-duty through-fixings in concrete, brick and natural stone. When hammered into a pre-drilled hole, the spring nail is compressed and then braces against the walls of the hole. The parallel expansion creates a contact surface along the length of the fixing. The manufacturer specifies it for timber and steel structures, sole plates, partitions and ceiling battens. It is particularly useful where a shallow embedment depth is required.
