Use the supplied decking spacers to keep gaps between the decking boards. The installation tool is designed for decking boards 105–155 mm wide.

Always follow the timber supplier’s installation instructions on regular spacing and distances between individual boards – this optimises the service life of your deck.

With the ESSVE Hidden Decking System (HDS), you can build a deck without any visible screw heads. It looks great, is easy to install and minimises splinters!

HDS consists of screws, special bits and an installation tool. Using the tool, the screws are driven diagonally into the side of the board, so they are completely hidden and give a luxurious look with no visible screw heads.

The updated tool has a new, modern design that is more ergonomic than its predecessor, because it lets you use your own body weight in a standing position when installing the deck. The bits are now stored in a holder directly on the tool – so you always know where they are! If you are looking for the tool in a shop, you will now find it in a green ESSBOX, just like our screws.
