Osmo Uviwax® UV Protection is an innovative wax coating designed to protect interior wooden surfaces; it protects the wood, increases its durability and extends its service life without compromising on looks. Ideal for light-coloured wood species. This coating prevents yellowing and keeps the wood fresh and bright for many years.

Coverage: 

1 l for 1 coat covers approx. 16 m2, depending on the condition of the wood. The value applies to a smooth, sanded surface. Other surfaces may lead to differences in coverage.

Application methods

Apply a thin coat with a flat Osmo brush or an Osmo microfibre roller in the direction of the wood grain and spread out thoroughly. Leave to dry for 3–4 hours with good ventilation. Before applying the second coat, sand the surface with sandpaper if necessary (grit P360). Once dry, apply the second coat evenly and thinly. One coat is usually sufficient for renovations.
