    Fast-drying premium woodstain for protecting wood, with reduced solvent content and strong protection against moisture, for exterior wood

    Areas of application

    • Wood outdoors
    • Wood without ground contact
    • Non-stable wooden components e.g. fences, pergolas, carports, wood cladding
    • Semi-stable wooden components: e.g. shutters, profiled boards, garden sheds
    • Dimensionally stable wooden components (as a primer only): e.g. windows and doors
    • Primer, intermediate coat and top coat
    • Not suitable for coating floor surfaces (decks, floorboards, etc.)

     Properties

    • Preventive protection against moisture and UV radiation; the coating film protects against blue stain, mould and algae
    • Even, matt surface
    • Vapour-permeable protective film: moisture can escape from the wood
    • Fast drying: 2 coats in one day
    • Subsequent maintenance (renovation) does not require sanding
    • Environmentally friendly: low solvent content

    Product detailed description

    Coverage:           10 m²/l, 2 coats required - approx. 200 ml/m²
    Drying time:      Only 2-3 hours between coats
    Dilution:                 Do not dilute
    Tool cleaning:  Wash with water and detergent immediately after use

    Tips and advice:

    "Plus" can be applied without any problems to surfaces treated with the original HK Woodstain 3-in-1. Fast drying allows the surface to be finished within one day, but WATCH OUT !!! for high temperatures.
    To achieve the ideal look and durability, we recommend sanding the substrate beforehand and using the Protective coating for end grain (extra) on the end grain.
