Application and design of the screw
The screw is designed for direct fixing of brackets, holders and other components into a pre-drilled hole in concrete, brick or hollow brick. The full hi-low thread makes installation without a plug easier, and the flange under the hex head spreads the pressure over the surface of the component being fixed. The hole must be drilled perpendicular to the substrate, and the screw is intended for light-duty interior applications where an ETA assessment is not required.
