ESSVE Pumpbag is an aid for fine-tuning the position when installing windows and doors. It temporarily secures the frame in the opening.
Fine-tune the frame and hold it in place during installation
Pumpbag is an inflatable cushion made of durable reinforced polymer. It holds the frame in place during installation and can also be used to fine-tune its position. The robust cushion withstands loads of up to 135 kg and copes with gaps of 2 – 50 mm.

Installing a frame with Pumpbag cushions
Stand the frame in the opening and inflate four cushions between the frame and the wall to secure it. Once it is secured, you can fine-tune the position of the frame – inflate the cushions further or release air pressure through the valve.
1. Insert the door or window into the opening
The frame must stand on a stable and level base – make sure it is level with the level screw. Then place one Pumpbag cushion above the top edge of the frame to keep the frame in place.
2. Set the frame in the correct position
Next, place one Pumpbag cushion on each side of the frame near the top edge. Remove the cushion above the frame and, together with one more cushion, place them one on each side of the frame near the bottom edge. Now set the frame plumb by adjusting the pressure in the cushions, and check it with a spirit level.
3. Fix the frame with suitable fixings
When the Pumpbag cushions are in place, it is time to fix the frame with frame screws. There are several clever systems for fixing a frame; two popular ones are the Programa Plus frame screw and the Indu-Prog frame sleeve.

You can use the Pumpbag cushion for many jobs, for example to support a washing machine or dishwasher, or when an old door will not come off its hinges.
